Provision of a full written quote which is broken down so
that you can see what you are paying for.
Once the quote is accepted we
provide the appropriate method statement & risk assessments and also the
contract for the Sky viewing cards if required.
Once the installation is
complete we activate the viewing card on behalf of the customer if
required
One of the problems with Sky decoders is that if there is a power
failure the decoders do not automatically come back on. On all systems we
recommend a Sky resetting unit which will put the decoder back on the correct
channel within 2 minutes of mains power being applied. This means the system has
almost zero maintenance problems.
